The following morning, our boat will bring you to Cai Rang, another well-established floating market in the Mekong Delta. At sunrise, wake up to the bustle and see hundreds of boats of different sizes loaded with seasonal goods. Produce are tied to a tall pole placed in front of the boats to attract market-goers and let them see from afar the goods on offer.

ITINERARY
Depart from your hotel for 2-hour drive to Cai Be. Get on Bassac cruise then explore the famous Cai Be Floating market. Enjoy your time between the wooden boats packed with mango, bananas, papaya, pineapple, and even floating Vietnamese Noodle, or Baguette vendors. Here, you can witness the unique way of advertising : product for sale is hung on a pole in front of boats to attract customers and make it easier for people to see from afar what is on offer. Then, visit a cottage factory where rice paper, coconut candies, pop-rice are made. C
This morning, leave bustling Ho Chi Minh for the 2 hour drive to the delta town of Cai Be. On arrival board your boat for cruise in the Delta’s waterways. Start your journey by passing by Cai Be’s floating market, once a busy place to trade fruits and vegetables and nowadays a more quiet market. Land to visit a cottage factory where ‘pop-rice’, rice paper and coconut candies are made. Return to the boat and continue cruising to Dong Hoa Hiep Island; En route, enjoy the picturesque waterways the daily life of the local villagers. Lunch will be local Mekong style serving specialties of the area.Dinner and overnight on Bassac board in the Mekong Delta.
Early morning arrive in Can Tho and transfer to a smaller boat to explore the Cai Rang Floating Market, the most busy and colourfull floating market in the Mekong Delta area. Return to the port , landed to Can Tho city and return to Ho Chi Minh city.
