Discover the former battle fought in August 1966 by the Australian Army in Nui Dat.
In the morning, our tour guide will come with a private car to pick you up at hotel and have a 2-hour drive to Long Tan. Upon arrive, visit Nui Dat (Dat Mountain) S.A.S Hill. The Long Tan Battle is the most well-known battle fought by Australian in a rubber plantation near the village of Long Tan by August 1966.
Continue to explore the Long Phuoc Tunnels to the remnants of the wartime tunnels. The tunnels concealed living areas, storage depots, ordnance factories, hospitals, headquarters – a range of facilities than enabled people to live, and wage war from, underground for years at a time.
Then have lunch in a local restaurant with the authentic Vietnamese food.
After lunch, drive back to your hotel. End the tour.
